Should Biden consider a Plan B when it comes to the debt ceiling crisis?

CERL Affiliated Faculty Eric Orts spoke with The Andrea Mitchell Center Podcast about the debt ceiling crisis. In a conversation with Matthew Berkman, Prof. Orts expresses concern about Republican brinksmanship and urges Biden to consider executive actions that could prevent ruinous outcomes such as financial panic or a recession.
