Risk of escalation as Russian military planes fly over U.S. bases in Syria

CERL Executive Board member General Joseph Votel is quoted in an article for Stars and Stripes discussing Russian military aircrafts continuing to fly in protected airspace over U.S. bases in Syria. He warns of the risk of escalation.
