CERL Executive Board member General Joseph Votel participated in an on-the-record briefing hosted by the Middle East Institute on a response to the recent attacks on U.S. forces by Iranian proxies. There are several military and diplomatic avenues that can be pursued by the United States and its partners, General Votel explains.
