CERL Executive Board member General Joseph Votel, along with several other experts from the Middle East Institute, issued a reaction to the Hamas attack on Israel.

General (Ret.) Joseph L. Votel is the former Commander of the U.S. Central Command and a retired U.S. Army Four-Star General. He is also a member of the CERL Executive Board.
