CERL Executive Board member Elizabeth Rindskopf Parker was awarded the Morris I. Leibman Award in Law and National Security for having demonstrated a sustained commitment and made exceptional contributions to the field of national security law. The award was announced at the 32nd Annual Review of the Field of National Security Law Conference in Washington, D.C., held on Nov. 17-18, 2022.
