Amicus brief of fmr Republican officials rejects Trump’s claim of immunity

Over 20 former Republican officials, including CERL Executive Board member Stuart Gerson, submitted an amicus brief rejecting former President Donald Trump’s “presidential immunity” appeal in the federal election interference case, as detailed in a Newsweek report.
