CERL Executive Board Emeritus James Clapper talks with CNN’s Abby Phillip after Israel carried out a strike inside Iran early Friday morning. Clapper stated this latest strike signifies the ‘messaging phase is perhaps over’ in the decades-long Israel-Iran hostility, and that controlling escalation will become more and more difficult.
