Havana Syndrome report renews bipartisan concern

In response to the March 31 report broadcast on CBS News’ 60 Minutes about the 2016-2018 Havana Syndrome phenomenon, bipartisan members of Congress penned a letter to President Biden calling for a “renewed assessment by the U.S. government” of what officials call “anomalous health incidents.” CERL Executive Board member Mark Zaid, who represents more than two dozen clients suffering symptoms of the Syndrome, states that most, if not all, of them ‘were all doing something relating to Russia’ during the time they contracted symptoms.

Mark S. Zaid, Esq., is a Washington, D.C. based attorney who specializes in crisis management and innovatively handling simple and complex administrative and litigation matters primarily relating to national security, international law, foreign sovereign and diplomatic immunity, and the Freedom of Information and Privacy Acts. He is a member of CERL’s Executive Board. Read his bio here
