Civil cases involving U.S. citizen accused of committing war crimes

In a statement to the Associated Press, CERL Executive Board member Mark Zaid reacted to U.S. District Judge Leonie Brinkema’s ruling in the civil cases involving Libyan commander Khalifa Hifter, who stands charged of war crimes committed in Libya’s civil war.
