CERL Affiliated Faculty Kermit Roosevelt joined MSNBC’s Ali Velshi to talk about the terms of the 14th Amendment, different philosophies around constitutional interpretation, and the decision facing Supreme Court Justices as they rule on whether Trump can run for office in the 2024 presidential election.
