Mark Fallon is the co-founder and director of Project Aletheia at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, director of ClubFed, LLC, and a member of the CERL Advisory Council. Fallon has been in the national security field for over three decades, principally as a special agent with NCIS, and is the author of Unjustifiable Means: The Inside Story of How the CIA, Pentagon, and US Government Conspired to Torture.
