CERL Affiliated Faculty Eric Orts joined Wharton Business Daily to discuss these new developments and how state legislation could impact the national regulatory landscape.

Eric Orts is Guardsmark Professor and Professor of Legal Studies & Business Ethics and Professor of Management at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of CERL’s Affiliated Faculty.
